By accessing or using the RankFirstATX website at https://rankfirstatx.com, submitting an audit request form, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this site or our services.

2. Services Provided

RankFirstATX provides local search optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and brand design services to trade contractors in the Austin, Texas metropolitan area. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual service agreements or proposals provided to each client separately. These Terms govern use of the website and form the baseline for any service engagement.

3. Audit Request Form

Submitting the free audit request form on this website does not constitute a binding contract or guarantee of service. It is an expression of interest that initiates a review process. RankFirstATX reserves the right to decline service to any prospective client at its sole discretion, including for territory exclusivity reasons.

4. Exclusive Territory Policy

RankFirstATX operates on an exclusive territory model. We accept only one client per trade category per market area. By submitting an audit request, you acknowledge this policy. Existing client territory locks take precedence over new inquiries in the same market.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of RankFirstATX or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without prior written permission.

Design files, creative assets, and marketing materials produced for clients under a paid engagement remain the property of RankFirstATX until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the individual service agreement.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. RankFirstATX does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee specific rankings, lead volumes, or business outcomes, as search engine algorithms and market conditions are outside our direct control. Performance projections shared on this site represent typical results based on historical client data and are not guarantees.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankFirstATX and its principals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to RankFirstATX in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Payment and Cancellation

Retainer fees are billed monthly in advance. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice via email. No refunds are issued for the current billing period upon cancellation. Design projects billed separately require a 50% deposit before work begins; the balance is due upon delivery of final files.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent update. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
